SIRIUS LAUNCHES 2006 NFL TRAINING CAMP TOUR

Second annual tour will have SIRIUS NFL Radio // ch. 124 broadcasting live from 26 NFL team camps

NEW YORK –July 24, 2006 - SIRIUS Satellite Radio, the Official Satellite Radio Partner of the National Football League, announced today that SIRIUS NFL Radio, channel 124, will broadcast live on location from 26 NFL training camp sites leading up to the start of the 2006 NFL season.

SIRIUS NFL Radio will visit 26 team camps in 21 days starting on July 27, when SIRIUS hosts Jerry Rice and Tim Ryan will broadcast live from the Oakland Raiders training camp in Napa Valley, CA, followed by hosts Pat Kirwan and Adam Schein live from the Philadelphia Eagles camp at Lehigh University in PA. The on-site hosts will interview players, coaches and executives and provide an inside look at the progress of each team as they prepare for the 2006 season. On August 15 Rice, SIRIUS NFL Radio’s newest host, will return to the San Francisco 49ers training camp in Santa Clara, CA, where he will co-host live with Adam Schein. The tour concludes August 16 with Rice and Schein broadcasting live from the Seattle Seahawks camp in Cheney, WA.

“The training camp tour typifies the kind of in-depth coverage of the NFL offered by SIRIUS that fans can’t get anywhere else,” said Steve Cohen, SIRIUS’ Vice President of Sports Programming. “Our team of experts will provide listeners with an insider’s view of their favorite teams, analyzing the performances of veterans and newcomers and breaking down rosters with coaches and GMs.”

On Saturday, Aug. 5, SIRIUS will broadcast live from the Pro Football Hall of Fame in Canton, OH for the 2006 induction ceremonies. SIRIUS’ coverage will include live coverage of the enshrinement of the class of 2006 - which includes Troy Aikman, Harry Carson, John Madden, Warren Moon, Reggie White and Rayfield Wright.

On August 6, SIRIUS will air the Pro Football Hall of Fame Game from Canton, featuring the Oakland Raiders vs. the Philadelphia Eagles. SIRIUS will provide the local radio broadcasts of the Raiders (channel 130) and Eagles (channel 123), plus the CBS Radio Sports/Westwood One’s national radio broadcast (channel 124).

As the Official Satellite Radio Partner of the NFL, SIRIUS is the home of NFL Sunday Drive, the broadcasting package that offers live nationwide every pre-, regular and post-season NFL game, including the Super Bowl and Pro Bowl. Listeners can hear home and visiting team broadcasts, national radio broadcasts and Spanish-language broadcasts for select games. SIRIUS listeners can also tune into SIRIUS NFL Radio, channel 124, for the only 24/7/365 radio channel dedicated entirely to pro football talk.
